Mode of operation

• In order to avoid product-air mix flowing through the magnetic-inductive measuring meter (MID), the automatic venting is regulated by a level sensor in the degaser.

• If the level in the degaser continues to fall despite venting (e.g. in the case of larger inflows of gas), the delivery process is stopped by the unloading valve at the outlet of the measuring system.

• If more inflowing product raises the level in the degaser, the unloading valve is re-opened for product delivery.
