By analysing the electronic product identification according to the European Standard EN14116 and the electronic control of all valves – depending on the state of further sensors of the vehicle – the product mixing can be reliably prevented. Other conditions for the safe operation of tank trucks as grounding, vapour recovery hose monitoring, overfill prevention system, deadman switch, interlock with brake system, differential pressure, etc. are being supported. Therefore, loading and unloading can only start if all conditions of the system are fulfilled.
